Online booking and dispatch run 24/7, year-round. Our phone line is answered in person from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week.

Passenger Vans, SUV Hybrids, and Electric vehicles. We operate modern, late-model vehicles, professionally maintained, regularly inspected, and operated by licensed Ontario drivers.

Certified infant, toddler, and booster car seats are available upon request, meeting Canadian safety standards. You're also welcome to use your own car seat if you prefer.

Service animals are always welcome in our vehicles at no additional charge, and are never required to be crated or caged. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. Pets that are not service animals are welcome too, but must travel in a suitable pet carrier for everyone's safety and cleanliness.

You are welcome to bring soft drinks and snacks with you during your travel. We keep our vehicles clean and in excellent condition. Please note that a cleaning charge will apply in the event of any spills or stains on the seats.

Our company recognizes that location tracking within shared transport environments can raise important privacy considerations for all passengers. For this reason, we do not implement broad or automatic tracking across our services. Instead, any tracking capability is strictly opt-in and user-controlled, allowing individuals to share their own location with family members through trusted tools such as Google Maps. We are committed to ensuring that all solutions respect user consent, data privacy, and regulatory standards, while maintaining the safety and trust of every passenger.

Tipping the driver is at your discretion and is not included in the fare. We encourage you to show your appreciation if you are satisfied with the service provided.
